[286] On 7 October, 7th AB had to send out A part of its reserves towards the collapsing southern sector. Replenishment in the Nafah matériel stock grew to become unachievable. Syrian High Command, being familiar with that forcing the Quneitra Gap would ensure a total victory around the Golan, decided to commit its strategic armored reserves.[287]
